My stay lasted for three days and the location suited my needs. the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance to the port area, providing easy access. i found a supermarket just a short walk up the hill, very convenient. breakfast was a great experience. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked omelets. the staff were helpful and always greeted me with a smile. the check-in was thorough and informative. a staff member walked with me, explaining all the hotel services available.
I noticed that the gym could use a bit more ventilation. It felt a little stuffy during peak hours.

My room included a balcony with views of the ocean, the swimming pool, and the beach. the room remained cool even as the sun set over the balcony. the room was spacious, clean, and well kept. It had ample space for luggage and personal items.

amazing selection helpful staff super clean cleanliness
The breakfast selection was amazing!!! i found a fantastic array of options. the staff were very helpful. They promptly addressed all my requests. i especially appreciated the cleanliness. The entire hotel was super clean.
the gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours.

missing shuttle inconsistent staff
i was annoyed by several issues the airport shuttle i requested with a baby seat was a no show it caused immediate frustration on arrival the room felt underwhelming not at all what i expected from a five star place. there was wire instead of a proper barrier on the balcony and dead plants ruined the look the staff inconsistency also bothered me breakfast service felt unhelpful compared to the excellent service at the pool and other dining areas.
